Remediation Oversight of a Nine-Acre Contaminated Site
CSC was selected to oversee and certify that all remediation work was completed in accordance with the Remedial Action Workplan approved by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control for a nine-acre site.
Chlorinated Solvents and Perchlorate Groundwater Treatment System
Cleanup was accomplished in a relatively short time frame by focusing the remediation strategy on hot spots and high-rate removal tactics to minimize plume spreading.
Asbestos and Lead Survey and Abatement Oversight
CSC conducted an assessment that identified asbestos and lead-containing building materials in an abandoned structure for a public agency. CSC also conducted abatement oversight and provided final clearance services following the removal of the ACM and lead-based paint building materials.
IAQ Assessment for Mold, Asbestos, Smoke and Other Fire related-Contamination
CSC performed an indoor air quality inspection of mold, ACM, smoke and other related contamination of a 110-room hotel property located in Southern California.
